The following are the steps you, as the customer, needs to complete to receive your rebate:
1. Purchase an eligible product from the list of qualifying printers.
2. Complete the online claim form at www.hp.com/go/tradeandsave1 within 45 days of purchase.
3. HP sends a confirmation e-mail when the claim is received.
4. Fax, e-mail or mail the confirmation e-mail and proof of purchase to HP.
5. Once proof of purchase is validated, HP will e-mail shipping instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.
6. Ship the old desktop printer to HP. Shipping and recycling of your old desktop printer is FREE!
7. HP sends the rebate within six to eight weeks of receiving the trade-in printer.
