Next Day Toner is not only equipped with an excellent compatible product and a knowledgeable customer service team, but also highly trained and skilled HP Certified technicians. All of our technicians are students in our on-going education program and are up to date with all applicable certifications. Every quarter, each technician is required to complete additional certifications. All certifications are awarded through the HP and Xerox Certified Professional Program. With Next Day Toner's corporate structure and the skill level of each technician, we decrease total service calls through correct decision making and increase customer uptime by being more efficient while on-site.
Next Day Toner believes that an all inclusive service program, such as our Fleet Optimization Program, is the most efficient way for you to manage your fleet. This program is customized for every client, based on their needs and their desires, and reviewed by us each quarter to asses any new needs. Once your firm is accepted, Next Day Toner will evaluate your entire fleet and recommend any and all replacements, removals, or relocations of printers to better optimize your time and money. All worn and damaged parts, including maintenance kits are replaced at Next Day Toner's expense. This includes, but is not limited to: all rollers, fusers, power supplies, laser scanners, formatters, etc. As stated, all hardware components on the base model are covered.
Our web service portal can also be used to track your service needs. Any authorized user can log into nextdaytoner.com and review any open, closed, and in-progress service calls for any or all of your locations. Available information includes the past issue/problem with the printer, what work was performed and what parts were installed. Next Day Toner will place an adhesive, yet removable, serialized service sticker to your machine. This acts as our asset tag to track the site location, serial number, model, and service history on each machine to better serve you on each call.
