Training Program

Have you ever followed your printer's instructions for clearing a jam, yet been unsuccessful? Or do you want your IT employee to start fixing your printers in your office?  Then, our training program is exactly what you need!  Our program will train you or your employee to troubleshoot and repair your printer just like one of our HP Certified technicians.

 

Our One-on-One training sessions are custom designed to teach a person with little to no experience how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair an HP LaserJet printer.

Our customized training sessions
may include:

·         One-on-One sessions with an HP authorized trainer from Next Day Toner Supplies, Inc.  

·         Hands on training at your office

·         Trained on your own printer types in your company

·         Assistance with your office's service calls that occur during the training session

·         Introduction to Laser Theory textbook

·         The opportunity to have tech support via e-mail or phone at a discounted rate

 

By the end of this training program, your (or a designated employee) will understand what laser theory is (what makes a printer print), each individual part that makes up your printer, the relationship of each part to the finished printed product and the protocol for approaching, diagnosing and repairing your printer.
