Return Policies


Returns
OEM Toner - If you purchased an OEM toner from us, you may return it within ninety (90) days from the date of invoice for a full refund. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number associated with the product, which can be obtained by contacting our client services department at (888) 928-6637 or filling out the defective/return form under your "my account" tab.  All products must be packaged in a protective outer box. Some special orders may not be returned or may require a restock fee of 20 percent.

 

Compatible Toner - If you purchased a compatible toner from us, you may return it within one year from the date of invoice for a full refund. All returns must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number associated with the product, which can be obtained by contacting our client services department. All products must be packaged in a protective outer box.  Some special orders may not be returned or may require a restock fee of 20 percent.

 

 

PrintersAll sales on printers are final. Please contact your account executive or our client services department at (888) 928-6637 or filling out the defective/return form under your "my account" tab.

Defectives

OEM Product - In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective OEM item, we will replace the item free of charge if reported within 90 days of invoice. All defective items must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number associated with the product, which can be obtained by contacting our client services department at (888) 928-6637 or filling out the defective/return form under your "my account" tab.  All products must be packaged in a protective outer box.  OEM products are sold with the manufacturer's equipment warranty. NDT makes no warranty and will assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of any OEM supplies in any equipment.

 

MSE Compatible Product - In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective compatible item, we will replace the item free of charge if reported within three years of the manufactured date (Contact client services to determine that date). All defective items must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number associated with the product, which can be obtained by contacting our client services department at (888) 928-6637 or filling out the defective/return form under your "my account" tab. 

 

Non MSE Compatible Product - In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective compatible item, which is not manufactured by MSE, we will replace the item free of charge if reported within thirty days of invoice date. All defective items must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number associated with the product, which can be obtained by contacting our client services department at (888) 928-6637 or filling out the defective/return form under your "my account" tab.

**Special Notes**

  

If a product is received without an approved RMA, you will be notified within twenty-four (24) hours and will need to respond within five (5) business days. If no response is given to NDT, the product will be disposed of and no credits will be issued.

 

If a return is not received within two weeks, the RMA will be closed and voided.

 

All defective products must be received in our warehouse within two weeks from the date of RMA issuance or the replacement will be charged at the full price,

 

NDT will grant credit for returns only if the product and the packaging are in resellable condition. Once an item is received in our warehouse, a credit memo will be issued to your account and mailed to you within ten (10) business days. Cash, check, and credit card refunds are not available. All credits are issued to the customer account and will be voided if not used within six months of the issue date.
