What the PLUS means to you

When you schedule a service call, not only do you receive the care and expertise of our team, your on-site technician will be doing a complete cleaning of your device. This is a thorough examination of all moving parts and an added value we offer for all our time and material clients. Our technician will test and review all work and have you approve the repair with your signature before they leave. This means no more technicians sneaking out while the printer is still down!

The “Need to Know”

Your service call will be billed with a one hour minimum with 1/4 hour increments after the first hour (if applicable). That includes a $0 travel charge! Also, you’ll be happy to know that most repairs are completed within the first hour! Finally, all labor for your repair is guaranteed for thirty days while any parts we install are guaranteed for ninety days from date of the repair.
